Alive and Well in Dallas is seeking a hands-on Retail Manager who leads store activities, manages the retail team, and drives short- and long-term strategies for supplements and beauty products. This is a leadership role focused on delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced health and wellness environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in retail management, strong customer service skills, and the ability to coordinate across departments while upholding our Service Promise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management (supplements preferred).
• Warm, friendly, and service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Professional, reliable, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Flexible and adaptable; thrives in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable learning and using software (MS Office).
• Strong communication skills in person, in writing, and over the phone.

Responsabilités

• Deliver elevated customer service as part of Alive and Well Service Promise.
• Advise on health and wellness products including supplements and beauty items.
• Learn and research new brands, trends, and options to improve offerings.
• Make recommendations for supplements based on guests' ailments.
• Manage retail P&L understanding and inventory control.
• Perform routine tasks: inventory, merchandising, stocking, housekeeping.
• Inform customers about Alive and Well offerings in an inspiring way.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure service excellence.
• Collaborate with team and be a positive, proactive team player.
• Pursue local outreach to businesses and health professionals to develop relationships.
• Drive community events and health-focused activities to raise awareness.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store.
