Job summary

Alive and Well Health in Dallas is seeking a Retail Manager who leads our supplements and beauty products with a hands-on, guest‑focused approach. You will manage store activities, supervise retail teammates, and execute short‑ and long‑term retail strategies in a fast‑paced environment.

You’ll drive customer service excellence, maintain inventory discipline, partner across departments, and represent our brand as a local community ambassador through events and outreach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management (Supplements preferred).
• Naturally warm, friendly, and service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable learning and using software.
• Strong communication skills - in-person, written, and over the phone.
• A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to preserve confidential information.
• Flexible availability, able to work weekends and holidays, extended days, evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated customer service aligned with Alive and Well Service Promise.
• Show passion and knowledge about Health and Wellness retail products.
• Pursue ongoing learning about brands, trends, and offerings.
• Make supplement recommendations based on guest needs.
• Own retail P&L understanding and management.
• Handle inventory management, merchandising, stocking, and daily upkeep.
• Promote and share Alive and Well offerings with guests.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure service excellence.
• Engage in community outreach and build local relationships.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store.
