Job summary

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a Retail Key Holder – Full-Time to lead store operations in Frisco, TX. You will engage customers, drive sales, and act as Manager On Duty when needed, ensuring accurate transactions and shelf maintenance.

You will continuously build product knowledge, contribute to a high-energy team of Health Enthusiasts, and help deliver an easy, personalized shopping experience for every guest. Join us in a wellness-focused, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (holidays, weekends, locations) as a part-time associate

Responsibilities

• Direct support for Management Team - executing with excellence
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals - while supporting others
• Act as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager & Assistant Manager
• Process customer transactions, merchandise shelves and price products accordingly
• Master product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities
• Collaborate with Health Enthusiasts team
• Maintain store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, process receipts, keep shelves full and priced
• Perform additional duties as required
