The Vitamin Shoppe is looking for a part-time Retail Key Holder to lead daily store operations, elevating customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced wellness environment. You will help build loyalty by delivering a personalized shopping experience.

As a Key Holder, you will support management, ensure accurate transactions, and maintain product knowledge while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for Health Enthusiasts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in daily operations and achieve sales goals.
• Provide personalized customer connections and build baskets.
• Act as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager/Asst Manager/Key Holder.
• Process transactions and merchandise shelves.
• Maintain store appearance and follow loss prevention standards.
