The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder to inspire customers and lead by example in a health-focused store. If you love wellness and delivering an exceptional shopping experience, you might be a perfect fit.

As a key member of the team, you will support store leadership, drive daily sales, maintain shelves, and help guests discover health-enhancing products. A high school diploma and flexible weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support management team with excellence in daily operations.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others.
• Build loyalty through personalized customer connections and in-store experiences.
• Act as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Process transactions, merchandise shelves, and price products.
• Master product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Collaborate with Health Enthusiasts team.
• Maintain store maintenance and loss prevention standards.
• Perform additional duties as required.
