Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, and varying locations.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 3–5 years of retail experience.
• Retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as direct support to the Store Manager – executing with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others.
• Assist with recruiting and developing top talent.
• Foster external, community relationships that help grow sales.
• Lead with integrity and accountability.
• Support company-driven training initiatives and continuous learning.
• Maintain store maintenance, loss prevention standards, receipts processing, shelving, and pricing.
