Job summary

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a Retail Key Holder to lead daily store operations in Allen, TX. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales goals, and stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed.

You will work with a friendly health enthusiast team to ensure accurate pricing, stock levels, and smooth transactions. You’ll engage customers with product knowledge, participate in ongoing training, and support leadership in driving store performance while upholding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as a direct support for the Management Team and execute with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals.
• Serve as Manager On Duty in the absence of Store Manager & Assistant Manager.
• Efficiently process transactions and merchandise shelves.
• Master product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Collaborate with the Health Enthusiast team to drive a great in-store experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness, follow loss prevention standards, and keep shelves stocked and priced.
• Perform additional duties as required.
