Job summary

The Vitamin Shoppe in Shenandoah, TX is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder to lead operations when the store manager is away and help customers with expertise on supplements. This role blends customer service with leadership and daily sales goals.

You will master product knowledge, support the management team, process transactions, stock shelves, and ensure pricing accuracy while maintaining our friendly, health-focused shopping environment for Health Enthusiasts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Act as a direct support for your Management Team- executing with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals- while supporting others as they do the same.
• Build loyalty through personalized customer connections creating positively memorable shopping experiences and building baskets -AKA selling.
• Work with integrity; act as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager/ Assistant Manager/Key Holder.
• Efficiently process customer transactions, merchandise shelves and price products accordingly.
