The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder to lead by example, deliver memorable customer experiences, and support store leadership in daily operations.

You will drive sales, supervise during shifts, maintain appearance, and ensure accurate pricing and replenishment while building loyalty with Health Enthusiasts. The role emphasizes flexibility, teamwork, and integrity in a fast-paced health-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Act as direct support for Management Team and execute with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, while supporting others.
• Build loyalty through personalized customer connections and memorable shopping experiences.
• Act as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Key Holder.
• Efficiently process customer transactions and merchandise shelves with correct pricing.
• Master product knowledge via ongoing learning activities.
