Restore Hyper Wellness, a fast-growing wellness retailer, seeks a General Manager in Edgewater, NJ to lead store operations, people development, and business growth. You will train and coach staff, build a productive team, and drive customer-focused performance across all services.

You’ll be responsible for payroll, scheduling and performance management, while forging partnerships with local organizations to expand Restore’s wellness footprint.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or higher required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of management experience.
• Proven track record in sales, especially B2B.
• Passion for fitness, achievement, and wellness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Numbers-focused with ability to plan actions from metrics.
• Tech-savvy with payroll processing and staff scheduling.

Responsibilities
