Restore Hyper Wellness in Edgewater, NJ is seeking a General Manager with leadership for business development and sales in health and wellness. Build and coach a team, drive store performance, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll manage daily operations, payroll, scheduling, marketing, and local partnerships while leading the team to meet monthly revenue goals. Compensation ranges from $69,000 to $73,000 USD per year.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or higher.
• Proven track record of B2B sales.
• Three to five years of management experience.
• Passion for fitness and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Numbers-minded with experience tracking KPIs.
• Tech-savvy with payroll processing and staff scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance management activities with each staff member, including goals, coaching, and reviews.
• Oversee onboarding and training of new employees with compliance checks.
• Drive store sales through memberships, packages and retail opportunities.
• Manage local grassroots marketing and community events to build brand presence.
• Set daily, weekly and monthly goals across all services to ensure targets.
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming store environment.
