Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, drive sales, and uphold exceptional customer service in a health and wellness retail setting.

You will support the General Manager in talent development, training, and operational excellence, while ensuring alignment with Restore’s mission and values. This role requires a proactive leader with a passion for wellness and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or higher.
• Proven track record of B2B sales.
• 1–3 years of management experience.
• Passionate about fitness and wellness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Numbers-minded with action plans based on metrics.
• Driven to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a high-performing team environment with strong customer service, coaching and development under the General Manager.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, store safety, cleanliness, and adherence to standards.
• Lead sales, marketing, and community outreach; achieve and manage KPI targets and store performance.
• Represent Restore values, foster a fun, wellness-focused culture, and ensure staff alignment with mission.
