This full-time, hourly position offers an opportunity to welcome guests, assist with seating, and share menu recommendations in a luxury resort setting. You will help create a warm first impression and support restaurant operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Base knowledge of coffee, beer, wine and liquor.
• Ability to use basic technology such as phone, iPad, POS, and radio.

Responsibilities

• Assign and plan seating flow based on occupancy.
• Adhere to grooming standards in a business casual environment.
• Communicate dietary restrictions, allergens and special requests.
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with needs/questions.
• Enter to-go orders in the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and stock menus/silverware.
• Know menu options and daily specials; provide a friendly environment.
• Coordinate with serving staff and leaders; assist with side work.
