Job summary

The Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa is seeking a friendly Part-time PM Restaurant Greeter in Tucson, AZ. The role supports a welcoming first and last impression, seating guests, and guiding them through the dining experience with menu insights.

Candidates should be available for flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, and have basic knowledge of beverages and POS systems. This position offers hourly compensation and access to resort benefits.

Qualifications

• A true desire to serve others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Base knowledge of coffee, beer, wine and liquor.
• Ability to use basic technology such as phone, iPad, POS, and radio.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and be mobile for most of each shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating efficiently.
• Provide menu recommendations to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock menus and silverware.
• Answer phone calls per Miraval standards and assist guests.
• Coordinate with serving staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with side work and adapt to various Food and Beverage tasks.
