Job summary

Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa is hiring a Restaurant Greeter in Tucson, AZ. This full-time role greets guests, guides seating, and communicates menu options with a friendly, attentive approach.

Qualified candidates will have hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Entry-level opportunities available with a focus on guest service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume settings.
• Experience in a full-service restaurant desirable.
• Basic beverage knowledge (coffee, beer, wine, liquor).
• Proficient with basic technology: phone, iPad, POS and radio.
• Ability to stand and move for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assign seating flow based on occupancy and plan ahead.
• Adhere to grooming standards in a business casual environment.
• Communicate dietary restrictions and special requests.
• Answer phone calls per Miraval standards and assist guests.
• Record to-go orders and input in POS system.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and restock menus & utensils.
• Know menu options and daily specials.
• Provide friendly, warm, genuine guest experience.
• Coordinate with servers and leaders; support operations.
• Assist with side work and vary duties as needed.
