Job summary

Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa in Tucson, AZ is seeking friendly Restaurant Greeters to create a warm first impression for guests. You will manage seating flow, assist with menu recommendations, and maintain a welcoming dining atmosphere while collaborating with the rest of the F&B team.

Ideal candidates will have customer service experience in a fast-paced setting, strong verbal communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee, beer, wine and liquor.
• Able to stand for long periods and be mobile for most shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assign seating flow based on occupancy.
• Maintain grooming standards in a business casual environment.
• Communicate dietary restrictions and special requests.
• Answer calls per Miraval standards and assist guests.
• Input to-go orders in the POS system.
• Keep restaurant clean and stocked with menus and silverware.
• Know menu options and daily specials.
• Provide friendly, warm, and genuine service.
• Coordinate with serving staff and leaders.
• Support with side work as needed.
• Support other F&B operations and banquet functions.
