Job summary

Miraval Austin Resort and Spa, part of Hyatt, seeks a Resort Manager to lead day-to-day resort operations across F&B, Event Services, Guest Relations, Retail and Housekeeping. As a salaried, exempt leader, you will partner with the General Manager to ensure service, engagement, safety and financial performance.

You will recruit, develop leaders, manage budgets, and drive guest satisfaction while upholding Miraval and Hyatt standards and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in hospitality, business, or related field.
• Five+ years of progressive leadership experience across multiple departments, budgets, staffing, and service standards.
• Luxury, upscale service or wellness resort experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Food & Beverage, Event Services, Guest Relations, Retail, and Housekeeping departments.
• Recruit, develop, and retain department leaders and supervisory staff.
• Set departmental goals and operating plans aligned with Hyatt standards.
• Coach leaders, monitor performance, and support development.
• Oversee budgets, labor, and expenses; contribute to annual budgeting and planning.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, colleague engagement, and financial performance.
• Maintain compliance with brand standards and laws; lead workforce planning.
• Conduct performance reviews and training to engage guests in the Miraval experience.
• Engage with guests and colleagues with empathy, respect, and sound judgment.
