Job summary

Miraval Austin Resort and Spa is seeking a Reservations Agent to manage hotel reservations, respond to guest inquiries, and support front-desk operations. You will handle calls, block rooms, and relay information about local amenities to guests.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer interactions within Hotels and/or Food & Beverage.
• Excellent mathematical, written, spoken, technical and computer skills.
• Desire for building a career in hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision; maintain confidentiality of information and pertinent data.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest room reservation requests and provide hotel information.
• Answer all incoming calls and manage guest mail and faxes.
• Block rooms and complete daily checklists.
• Log and notify relevant teams to recover guest service issues.
