Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in health and wellness focused programs, preferably in a wellness resort setting.
• Thorough understanding of operating and management techniques in the spa and resort industry.
• Exceptional communication skills for training and coaching employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor all facets of the Integrative Wellbeing operation.
• Create, develop, implement, and evaluate all health and wellness programs.
• Drive revenue by training staff for compelling program presentations.
