Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a Wellness & Recovery Specialist to provide exceptional member service while supporting various recovery amenities, including Cryotherapy and Hydro Massage. The ideal candidate will prioritize member experience through excellent communication and by implementing safety protocols.

This role requires multitasking and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include conducting equipment audits, educating members on services, and ensuring a welcoming environment. EōS Fitness offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask while effectively engaging with members in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to convey operational needs to management.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by supporting brand amenities.
• Assist and educate members on Refresh & Recovery services.
• Lead safety protocols for member health and safety.
• Conduct daily audits of equipment functionality.
