In this role, you will assist and educate members on various wellness services while adhering to safety protocols and promoting a clean environment. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Candidate should be passionate about health and wellness and must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask while effectively engaging with members in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to clarify issues and operational needs.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and educate members on Refresh & Recovery services.
• Monitor saunas and recovery rooms to ensure quality member experience.
• Conduct daily audits of equipment functionality and cleanliness.
