Job summary

Canyon Ranch Austin is hiring for a maintenance role as part of the Fall 2026 opening. You will work on preventative and corrective maintenance across the property, ensuring safety, cleanliness and high standards for guest experiences.

Key requirements include 1–2 years of general maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Flexible schedules and compliance with safety guidelines are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of general maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong Canyon Ranch standards of excellence, delivering high-quality work and guest experiences.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills; able to work independently, under pressure, with flexible schedules and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring and HVAC systems to maintain facilities.
• Patching sheetrock, repairing cabinetry, doors, millwork, and other fixtures.
• Maintain pools and surrounding areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Replace lighting bulbs and perform occasional fixture or ballast repairs.
• Perform painting, roofing and other maintenance tasks as assigned.
