Job summary

WebMD Health Services seeks a Program Coordinator to deliver onsite wellness programming and face-to-face health coaching for client participants. You will collaborate with client health promotion teams and promote WebMD products and services to maximize engagement and value.

You will support planning, execution, and impact assessment, acting as a client advocate while aligning with senior stakeholders to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required.
• 2 years Wellness Coordinator/Health Coaching or similar experience.
• Ability to work independently onsite at client location and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to occasionally support early morning, evening, or special events; travel to other client locations.
• Willingness to travel to five additional locations once per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite wellness initiatives and annual engagement strategies.
• Develop campaigns to increase awareness and participation.
• Coordinate health screenings, challenges, sessions, and events.
• Provide health coaching (one-on-one, virtual, group).
• Use motivational interviewing to support behavior change.
• Conduct biometric screenings and related health checks.
• Track participation, analyze trends, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
