Job summary

WebMD Health Services is seeking a Well-being Program Coordinator to collaborate with client health promotion teams and deliver wellness programming and coaching to eligible participants. You will focus on client satisfaction, retention, and value delivery within the WebMD relationship.

The role involves coordinating onsite wellness initiatives, health screenings, and campaigns, while leveraging data to inform program improvements and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required.
• 2 years Wellness Coordinator/Health Coaching or similar client-facing health experience.
• Ability to work independently onsite at client location and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to travel to other client locations occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite wellness initiatives and annual engagement strategies.
• Develop campaigns to raise awareness and participation.
• Coordinate health screenings, challenges, educational sessions, and events.
• Provide one-on-one, virtual, and group health coaching.
• Use motivational interviewing to support behavior change.
• Conduct biometric screenings and related health checks.
• Build relationships with HR, Benefits, and site leadership.
• Track participation and analyze trends to drive improvements.
• Maintain documentation and reporting.
