Job summary

WebMD Health Services seeks a Program Coordinator to deliver well-being programming and health coaching onsite at client locations. You will partner with client health promotion teams to boost engagement, retention, and program value, acting as a wellness advisor and coordinating services.

The role emphasizes outcomes, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive service improvements, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree required in a health-related field.
• 2 years Wellness Coordinator/Health Coaching or similar health and wellness client-facing experience.
• Ability to work independently onsite at client location and manage multiple competing priorities.
• Experience and comfort using Microsoft and Google office products.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to occasionally support early morning, evening, or special event programming, as well as periodic travel to other client locations.
• Ability to travel to five additional locations once per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite wellness initiatives and annual engagement strategies.
• Develop campaigns to increase awareness and participation.
• Coordinate health screenings, challenges, educational sessions, and events.
• Provide health coaching, both one-on-one and group.
• Use motivational interviewing to support behavior change.
• Track participation and analyze trends to improve outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
