Job summary

WebMD Health Services seeks a Dedicated Wellness Program Manager to partner with the client’s benefits and wellness teams and raise awareness of wellness offerings. The role will be onsite at Bayport, MN and Oak Park Heights, MN, with remote days and travel as needed across North America.

The successful candidate will lead wellbeing initiatives, develop annual plans, and expand the Wellness Champion Network to improve employee health outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required; MS/MBA differentiator.
• Minimum of 2 years Wellness Coordinator or similar client-facing experience.
• Minimum of 2 years delivering well-being information products and services.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual wellness plan and strategy tailored to client goals.
• Drive employee-centered initiatives and long-term well-being culture across facilities.
• Serve as the primary wellness contact for senior leaders and management.
• Manage day-to-day delivery of established programs with flexibility for on-site events and health fairs.
