Job summary

WebMD Health Services, part of the WebMD family, is seeking a Senior Well-being Program Coordinator to join the Mesa, AZ area. You will work with the client Health Promotion team and WebMD account team to provide health coaching and drive participation in onsite programs and WebMD services.

This role requires regular travel within ~30 miles of Mesa to support onsite programming, meetings, and client needs. Ideal candidate has health coaching, behavior change, and population health experience.

Qualifications

• BA / BS in health-related fields required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Wellness Coordination or similar health and wellness client-facing experience required.
• Ability to travel to various client facilities as needed.
• Excellent communication, organizational, multi-tasking, presentation, and computer skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver health coaching through multiple modalities, including in-person, telephonic, and virtual formats, providing both individual and group coaching sessions.
• Represent the well-being program at wellness events, health fairs, and employee engagement activities, promoting coaching services and connecting employees with well-being resources.
• Coordinate and deliver onsite and virtual well-being programs and events, including tables, presentations, exercise demonstrations, breaks, and other engagement activities.
• Conduct onsite visits at client locations to lead and demonstrate exercises and promote safe movement practices.
• Create exercise demonstration videos illustrating form and technique for internal communications.
• Develop and facilitate wellness webinars, presentations, and educational programs.
• Collaborate with client contacts and internal teams to promote physical activity through wellness programs and events.
• Support day-to-day implementation and delivery of established well-being programs with client and account team.
• Build relationships with client/site contacts to understand needs and support engagement.
• Support evaluation and strategy development by contributing insights and identifying opportunities.
