Job summary

WebMD Health Services, a division of WebMD, is seeking a Senior Well-being Program Coordinator to join the client Health Promotion team in the Mesa, Arizona area. The role focuses on health coaching, increasing engagement in onsite well-being programs, and promoting WebMD products and services that support them, with local travel 2-3 days per week.

You will collaborate with client contacts and account teams to plan, evaluate impact, and enhance programs.

Qualifications

• BA / BS in health-related fields required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Wellness Coordination or similar health and wellness client-facing experience required.
• Ability to travel to various client facilities as needed.
• Excellent communication, organizational, multi-tasking, presentation, and computer skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver health coaching through in-person, telephonic, and virtual sessions.
• Represent the well-being program at events and engage employees.
• Coordinate and deliver onsite and virtual well-being programs and events.
• Conduct onsite visits to lead exercises and educate on form.
• Create exercise demonstration videos for internal communications.
• Develop wellness webinars and educational programs.
• Collaborate to promote physical activity through wellness programs.
• Support day-to-day implementation and delivery of programs.
• Build relationships with client sites to understand needs.
• Support program evaluation and strategy development.
