Job summary

The Wellness, Resilience, and Advocacy Programs Branch (WRAP) is seeking a Management Analyst to support ATF human resources wellness and provide guidance to employees on Branch programs. The role centers on program coordination within WRAP to promote wellness and employee engagement.

Primary duties include managing all aspects of the workers compensation program (E-Comp, OWCP rules), developing annual and quarterly reports for oversight, conducting outreach to employees and supervisors, and

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of the workers compensation program including working in E-Comp and knowledge of all rules and regulations withing DOL/OWCP including Federal Employee Compensation Act Develop annual and quarterly reports for evaluation of the workers compensation program as required by Department of Labor, Department of Justice and Office of Personnel Management.
• Engage in outreach activities including presentations and information sessions to employees and supervisors about the workers compensation program.
• Provide support to outreach and engagement initiatives for Workforce Wellness Support Division.
• Duties will be developmental in nature when filled below the full performance level.
