Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Programming Assistant to support the development and delivery of group programs across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and CFL as needed. You will work under the Director of Wellness Programming to lead daily programs, prepare materials, encourage participation, and help residents feel connected and engaged.

This role requires 1+ years of group leadership experience, a HS diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license with insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience leading groups with varying independence preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance; ability to qualify for company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Build supportive relationships with residents to plan and facilitate programs.
• Encourage participation and escort residents to programs and outings.
• Prepare and manage program spaces, supplies, and materials; capture photos/videos per guidelines.
• Collaborate with volunteers, resident groups, and partners; use electronic systems for docs.
• Assist with administrative tasks while promoting MBK values in all interactions.
• Provide backup transportation to ensure safe and timely access to activities.
• Maintain a safe environment following policies and regulations.
