Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Programming Assistant/Driver on a full-time basis in the Mercer Island area. The role supports the wellness programming team across Independent Living and Assisted Living settings, facilitating daily group programs and assisting with transportation for residents.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s degree preferred) and at least 1 year of experience leading groups, with strong communication skills and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of work experience leading groups with varying levels of independence preferred.
• Must possess excellent communication skills in English and be able to work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate daily group programs in IL/AL with residents.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and outings as needed.
• Prepare spaces and materials, ensuring safety and accessibility.
• Capture photos/videos for newsletters or social media per guidelines.
• Collaborate with volunteers and community partners.
