Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Full-Time Wellness Programming Assistant to support independent living and assisted living residents through engaging group activities and safe transportation. The role emphasizes warmth, organization, and strong communication as part of MBK’s resident-first culture.

Responsibilities include planning programs, assisting with materials, and ensuring welcoming spaces, while maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Associate’s degree, preferred.
• 1+ years of experience leading groups in similar settings.
• Valid state driver’s license with valid vehicle insurance.
• Must pass background clearances, health screening, and TB test within 7 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate daily group programs for IL/AL residents and CFL participants.
• Assist with transporting residents to outings and appointments as needed.
• Prepare and manage program spaces, supplies, and materials; document events per guidelines.
• Collaborate with volunteers and partner groups; use electronic systems for content, documentation and reporting.
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Wellness Programming and uphold MBK’s core values in all interactions.
