Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Programming Assistant to support group programs across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Connections for Living. Under the Director of Wellness Programming, you will lead daily programs, prepare materials, and help create an engaging, resident-centered environment.

The role requires strong communication, a valid driver's license, and computer skills. A HS diploma is required, an associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED.
• Experience leading groups with varying independence levels preferred.
• Must have excellent communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily group programs and assist with planning activities.
• Prepare materials and spaces for programs; ensure safety and accessibility.
• Transport residents to outings and appointments when needed.
• Collaborate with volunteers and community partners; document activities.
