MBK Senior Living is seeking an Activities Assistant to support wellness programming for independent living, assisted living, and related programs. You will lead groups, prepare materials, and help residents participate in activities that foster connection and purpose.

Role includes assisting with transportation when required and collaborating with volunteers to deliver engaging events while upholding MBK's values and standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate's degree is preferred.
• 1+ years of group-leading experience in similar settings.
• Valid state driver’s license and current insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate daily group programs for residents.
• Prepare spaces, materials, and supplies for activities.
• Encourage participation and coordinate transportation as needed.
• Collaborate with volunteers and partners for events.
• Support wellness programming under the Director.
