Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking an Activities Assistant to lead daily group wellness programs in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Connections for Living as needed. You will coordinate activities, prepare materials, and encourage resident participation under the Wellness Programming Director.

You will transport residents when required and help create warm, engaging environments that support MBK's values. A High School Diploma or GED is required; 1+ year experience leading groups is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience leading groups with varying independence levels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build supportive relationships with residents to plan, schedule, and facilitate engaging group programs and outings.
• Escort residents to programs and transportation as assigned.
• Prepare program spaces, supplies, and materials ensuring safety and accessibility.
• Collaborate with volunteers and community partners; use office tools for documentation and reporting.
• Support the Director of Wellness Programming with administrative tasks.
