Lifetime Wellness is seeking a compassionate Wellness Assistant to support Memory Care residents in a full‑time role. The position emphasizes creating meaningful, person‑centered experiences and engaging programs for older adults in a skilled nursing setting.

The role works closely with residents, families, and team members to build a vibrant, purposeful environment and to promote well‑being across physical, social, emotional, and intellectual domains.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living, long‑term care, memory care, or healthcare life enrichment preferred.
• Ability to lead creative, meaningful, resident‑centered programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging group and individual activities that promote quality of life, social connection, independence, and personal fulfillment.
• Complete activity participation documentation records as required.

Lifetime Wellness is seeking a compassionate, creative, Full-Time Wellness Assistant to join our team providing engagement in our Memory Care. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating meaningful, engaging, and person-centered experiences for older adults in a skilled nursing memory care setting.

The Wellness Assistant is responsible for assisting in leading programs that support the physical, social, emotional, intellectual, vocational and spiritual well‑being of residents. This position works closely with residents, families, community partners, and team members to create a vibrant and purposeful environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging group and individual activities that promote quality of life, social connection, independence, and personal fulfillment.
• Complete activity participation documentation records as required.
• Support resident engagement through creative programming, special events, wellness campaigns, and community involvement.
