Job summary

CorsoCare Personal Care at Independence Village of Brighton Valley in Hamilton, OH is seeking a Personal Care Coordinator to direct and manage Wellness staff, delivering high-quality resident care and leading a 1440 experience. You will oversee hiring, payroll, scheduling and training for the Wellness department, maintain compliance records, and support budgeting.

Weekend availability may be required. Previous admin/managerial experience with a large staff is essential, with STNA/CNA/MA

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing administrative and managerial support to a large staff.
• STNA, CNA, or Medical Assistant preferred; Assisted Living/Memory Care experience a plus.
• Proven organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn in-house systems (e.g. YARDI).

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage Wellness staff providing clinical resident care services.
• Lead hiring, payroll, scheduling, and training for the Wellness department.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, contracts, and billing with the finance team.
• Maintain records of training and ensure regulatory training deadlines.
