Job summary

CorsoCare Personal Care at Independence Village of Plymouth seeks a Wellness Coordinator to direct and manage Wellness Nursing employees delivering resident care services. This role focuses on 1440 experience, performance optimization, and staff connections within the community.

The position requires prior administrative management of a large staff, with preferred STNA/CNA or Medical Assistant credentials and experience in assisted living or memory care. Familiarity with YARDI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing administrative and managerial support to a large staff required.
• STNA CNA or Medical Assistant preferred.
• Assisted Living or Memory Care experience is a plus.
• Proven organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn in house systems e.g YARDI.

Responsibilities

• Manage Hiring Process: Interviews potential employees and hires and on boards to 1440.
• Maintains appropriate records for new and existing staff.
• Accurately approves and processes bi weekly payroll for entire Wellness department.
• Create maintain and update staff schedules and Caregiver Task Sheets with daily duties to ensure residents receive quality care.
• Maintain all training records for new and existing staff; ensure learning plans and regulatory training by deadline.
• Manage Contracts and Billing; oversee AR process; ensure contracts signed and billing timely.
