Job summary

StoryPoint Fairfield seeks a CorsoCare Personal Care Coordinator to lead Wellness (Nursing) staff, manage administrative tasks, and optimize resident care quality. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and experience supporting a large team.

You will coordinate hiring, payroll, scheduling, and training, while ensuring proper records and compliance within a 1440-hour framework. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative and managerial support to a large staff.
• Ability to learn in-house systems (e.g., YARDI).
• STNA/CNA/Medical Assistant preferred; healthcare experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage Wellness (Nursing) staff to deliver care.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and staff records for 1440 program.
• Process bi-weekly payroll for Wellness department.
• Create and update staff schedules and daily task sheets.
• Maintain training records and coordinate state-required training.
• Handle Accounts Receivable, contracts, and billing with finance.
• Support Wellness Director and leadership teams as needed.
