Qualifications

• Prior administrative and managerial support experience.
• STNA, CNA, or Medical Assistant preferred; assisted living or memory care is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn in-house systems such as YARDI.

Responsibilities

• Manage Hiring Process: interviews potential employees and onboarding.
• Payroll Administration: bi-weekly payroll processing for Wellness staff.
• Schedules/Staffing: maintain staff schedules and daily duties.
• Training Accountability: track training and mandatory state training deadlines.
• Accounts Receivable, Contracts, and Billing: manage A/R and contracts; liaise with finance.
