Job summary

StoryPoint Fairfield is seeking a Personal Care Coordinator to oversee Wellness staff, coordinate scheduling, and manage hiring and onboarding processes. The role includes ensuring regulatory training is completed on time and maintaining staff records.

Strong organizational and communication skills, experience with large teams, and familiarity with in-house systems like YARDI are highly valued. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership position in a caregiving community.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative and managerial support to a large staff.
• STNA CNA or Medical Assistant preferred.
• Assisted Living or Memory Care experience is a plus.
• Proven organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn in house systems (eg YARDI).

Responsibilities

• Manage Hiring Process: Interviews potential employees and hires and on boards to 1440.
• Maintains appropriate records for new and existing staff.
• Payroll Administration: Accurately approves and processes biweekly payroll for entire Wellness department.
• Schedules Staffing: Create, maintain and update staff schedules and Caregiver Task Sheets with daily duties to ensure residents receive quality care.
• Training Accountability: Maintain records of training and ensure new hires complete state regulatory training by deadline.
• Accounts Receivable Contracts and Billing: Manage AR process and communicate with the finance team.
