Job summary

CorsoCare at Independence Village of Brighton Valley is seeking a Personal Care Coordinator to direct and manage Wellness staff providing resident care services, delivering a 1440 experience, and leading staff connections within the community.

The role requires experience in administrative/managerial support, preferred STNA/CNA/MA credentials, strong organization and communication, and basic computer skills including YARDI.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative and managerial support to a large staff.
• Preferred: STNA, CNA, or Medical Assistant; Assisted Living or Memory Care experience is a plus.
• Proven organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn in-house systems (e.g. YARDI).

Responsibilities

• Manage Hiring Process: Interviews potential employees and hires to 1440. Maintains records for staff.
• Payroll Administration: Approves and processes payroll for the Wellness department.
• Schedules/Staffing: Create and update staff schedules and Caregiver Task Sheets.
• Training Accountability: Maintain training records and ensure regulatory training deadlines.
• Accounts Receivable, Contracts, and Billing: Manage A/R, contracts and billing with the finance team.
• Leads/Supports Wellness Staff across three shifts to provide compassionate care.
• Develops and maintains relationships with residents and families; assist in team duties.
