Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) in Missouri to monitor resident health, ensure safe medication practices, and uphold clinical compliance. You will conduct wellness assessments, support medication management, and communicate with families and care teams.

The role requires an active LPN/LVN license and at least 1 year of experience in senior living or clinical settings, with strong documentation and problem-solving skills.
