Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support resident health, monitor care needs, and ensure safe medication practices. You will conduct wellness assessments, participate in MAR/TAR audits, document care, and collaborate with families, physicians and care teams to uphold clinical quality and regulatory compliance.

Pay Range: 29.25 - 39.05
