Sunrise Senior Living in Bloomfield Hills, MI is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support resident health, monitor care needs and ensure safe medication practices and clinical compliance. The role emphasizes accurate assessments, documentation and collaboration with families, physicians and care teams.

You will conduct wellness assessments, support medication management, perform MAR/TAR audits, monitor incidents, and participate in infection control and quality initiatives while training

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in senior living or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of medication administration and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work with families, physicians and care teams.
