Sunrise Senior Living in Raleigh, NC seeks a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to monitor resident health, support safe medication practices, and ensure clinical compliance in a compassionate senior living community.

You will conduct wellness assessments, assist with medication management, communicate with families and physicians, monitor incidents, maintain documentation, and contribute to infection control and clinical quality initiatives while training team members.

Qualificações

• Active LPN/LVN license.
• 1+ year experience in senior living or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of medication administration and compliance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
