Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) in Denver, CO to support resident health and ensure clinical quality. You will perform wellness assessments, assist with medication management, and ensure safe practices while liaising with families and care teams.

Qualified applicants will hold an active LPN/LVN license with at least 1 year in senior living or a clinical setting, strong documentation, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license.
• 1+ year experience in a senior living or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of medication administration and compliance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
