Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support resident health, monitor care needs, and ensure safe medication practices and clinical compliance.

You will conduct wellness assessments, assist with medication management, communicate with families and care teams, document care, and participate in infection control and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a senior living or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills are essential.
• Knowledge of medication administration and compliance is required.

What You’ll Bring:

• Knowledge of medication administration and compliance
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
