Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support resident health and ensure clinical quality. You will perform wellness assessments, monitor health changes and assist with safe medication practices in a compassionate senior living setting.

The role requires an active LPN/LVN license and at least 1 year of experience in a clinical or senior living environment. You will collaborate with families, doctors, and care teams while maintaining precise documentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in senior living or clinical setting preferred.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills required.
• Knowledge of medication administration and compliance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills essential.

Pay Range: 29.25 - 39.05
