Canyon Ranch is seeking a Membership Sales Coordinator for an onsite role in Spicewood, TX, opening January 2027. You will introduce guests to the Membership program, conduct tours, and deliver exceptional hospitality from first contact through ongoing membership. This role emphasizes relationship-building and service excellence.

You will collaborate with resort teams, manage communications, and help drive membership growth while upholding Canyon Ranch standards and guest experiences.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, membership services, or a related guest-focused role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome prospective and current members by providing exceptional service and serving as a trusted resource throughout their membership journey.
• Conduct membership tours and consultations, helping guests understand the value and benefits of becoming a Canyon Ranch member.
• Build relationships with prospective members through thoughtful follow-up before, during, and after their stay.
• Prepare membership agreements, welcome materials, and member communications while maintaining accurate records across multiple systems.
• Coordinate member arrivals, amenities, special events, and exclusive experiences to ensure every interaction is personalized and memorable.
• Monitor membership activity, renewals, and reporting to support operational excellence and business growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the resort to deliver a seamless and elevated member experience.
• Contribute to membership sales goals while maintaining Canyon Ranch's exceptional standards of service.
